This ensures representation and constant communication throughout your purchase including lender recommendations, personalized home search, negotiations, paperwork, inspections, title and escrow proceedings, down to the final day of closing when we hand you the keys to your new home! We will represent you in any real estate purchase within NW Arkansas including residential, new construction, land, FSBO, and commercial properties.
Personalized Home Search
We consult with you about your wishes and ‘must haves’ and set up a personalized search just for you. You decide how [text or email] and how frequently [immediately, once daily, once weekly, etc] property alerts will be sent to you. We can accommodate many home tour requests the same day, but a day’s notice is preferred. If you are not able to tour properties in person we will go preview them for you and either take you along via live video calling or we will take a video showing the highlights AND the lowlights of a property and send it to you.
